The OnePlus Turbo 6X and Turbo 6X Pro were recently spotted on the Google Play Console and TENAA certifications, giving us an early look at the upcoming devices. Now, OnePlus executive Li Jie has confirmed when the series will launch, and a new leak has revealed the Turbo 6X’s key specifications.
Replying to a customer on Weibo, OnePlus China President Li Jie confirmed that the OnePlus Turbo 6X series will launch in China before June 18. With the launch window now confirmed, official teasers for the lineup are expected to start rolling out soon.
According to TENAA listings, the OnePlus Turbo 6X will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chipset, up to 16GB of RAM, and a 6,500mAh battery with 100W fast charging. The Pro variant is expected to upgrade to a Snapdragon 8-series chip and add a periscope telephoto camera for enhanced zoom capabilities.
The Turbo series has historically been OnePlus’s answer to the mid-range performance segment, offering flagship-level chips at more accessible prices. The 6X series looks to continue that tradition with competitive specs that could challenge devices like the Redmi Note series and Realme GT lineup in China’s fiercely contested mid-range market.
