You’d think big TV manufacturers would have plenty of engineering know-how to build a great projector. In my experience, though, that’s not always the case. The Hisense M2 Pro, on the other hand, exceeded my expectations and does a lot of things really well. It’s decently bright, has rather good color, a very respectable contrast ratio, and even an optical zoom. At around ,300, it’s an easy projector to recommend.
The M2 Pro’s negatives are largely unrelated to performance, but rather to price. You can spend a bit more and get a better, brighter projector, or you can spend less and get similar performance. Its onboard VIDAA OS has all the major apps, though not as many smaller ones compared to Google TV. Overall, the M2 Pro is great for the money.

Image Quality
The M2 Pro delivers impressive image quality for its price point. Colors are accurate and vibrant, contrast is solid, and the 4K resolution ensures sharp, detailed images. The optical zoom is a rare find at this price and adds useful flexibility for room setups. While it won’t match a high-end DLP projector costing twice as much, it comes surprisingly close for most viewing scenarios.

The Hisense M2 Pro proves you don’t need to spend a fortune for a quality projector experience. It’s bright, colorful, and portable enough to move between rooms. If you’re looking for a capable 4K projector without breaking the bank, the M2 Pro is an excellent choice.
