Vivo unveiled its latest flagship foldable, the vivo X Fold6, in China just last week. While the company didn’t mention a global release during the announcement, it has now confirmed that the device will make its way to international markets.

In a statement to Android Authority, vivo confirmed that the X Fold6 will launch globally. The company did not provide a specific release timeline or a list of target markets, but added that further details regarding availability will be shared soon.
For context, the vivo X Fold5 also launched in China first before eventually rolling out to select Southeast Asian markets. It remains to be seen whether the X Fold6 will follow a similar rollout strategy or also make its way to Europe.

The vivo X Fold6 packs impressive hardware, including a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Flagship Edition chipset, a massive 7,000mAh battery, a 200MP main rear camera with support for a teleconverter, a 6.5-inch cover display, and an 8.02-inch main folding display.
