T-Mobile recently announced that it’s phasing out several of its older plans and migrating customers to newer offerings. These newer plans come with higher price tags, and to make matters worse, the carrier has now decided to retire its popular KickBack program.
Multiple Redditors have confirmed that T-Mobile has begun notifying customers about the end of the KickBack program, which will officially retire on July 13, 2026. This adds to the growing frustration among affected T-Mobile subscribers, as KickBack provided $10 monthly credits per line for customers who used 2GB of data or less during a billing cycle.
These credits applied to every line on a plan, allowing users to accumulate significant savings. Some Redditors reported saving between $70 and $90 each month through the program. It remains to be seen how many customers T-Mobile will lose to competing carriers following these changes.
