Samsung’s Upcoming Galaxy Lineup Pricing Leaked Ahead of July 22 Unpacked
Samsung is widely expected to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold8, Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Galaxy Z Flip8, Galaxy Watch9, and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 at an Unpacked event in London on July 22. Before the official announcement, European pricing for the entire lineup has leaked — and spoiler alert: prices are going up across the board.
Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra Pricing
The Fold8 Ultra, the successor to the Fold7, will start at €2,199 for 256GB of storage — €100 more than the Fold7. The 512GB version jumps to €2,399 (€180 more), while the 1TB model tops out at €2,799 (€280 more).
Galaxy Z Fold8 Pricing
The standard Fold8 starts at €1,999 with 256GB of storage, goes up to €2,199 for 512GB, and the 1TB flagship variant hits €2,599.
Galaxy Z Flip8 Pricing
The Flip8 will cost €1,299 with 256GB of storage and €1,499 with 512GB — increases of €100 and €180 respectively compared to the Flip7.
Galaxy Watch9 and Watch Ultra 2 Pricing
The smartwatches are getting pricier too:
- Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 (LTE): €749 (€50 more than the original)
- Galaxy Watch9 40mm: €409 (€40 more than Watch8)
- Galaxy Watch9 44mm: €459
- LTE upgrade for Watch9: add €30
With these price increases across the entire lineup, Samsung is clearly positioning its foldables and wearables as premium products. The question is whether consumers will be willing to pay the premium. We’ll find out more at the July 22 Unpacked event.
