Honor has just added a new device to its increasingly crowded X6 lineup, which already includes the X6, X6a, X6b, X6b 4G, X6c, and X6d. Meet the Honor X6e, now officially launched in Malaysia.
The phone packs a 6.61-inch LCD display with 720×1604 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 1,010-nit peak brightness. Under the hood sits the MediaTek Helio G81 Ultra chipset, paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The camera setup consists of a 50MP main shooter with an f/1.8 aperture and a 5MP selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture. Powering it all is a massive 7,500mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging.
The X6e is IP64-certified for dust and splash resistance and SGS-certified for drop resistance from up to 1.8 meters. It’s 4G-only and includes a 3.5mm headphone jack and a fingerprint scanner. In the box — at least in Malaysia — you get a 45W charger, a case, and a pre-installed screen protector.
The device is offered in Dawn Gold and Midnight Black for MYR 699, which works out to around $170 at current exchange rates.
